International shipping
International orders may incur a customs fee. the purchaser is responsible for any payments of customs and import duties. we cannot determine in advance what these charges will be.
Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. if you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.
These costs will be subtracted from your item refund ( if we decide to grant you one) and you will be charged accordingly.
express international postage is $30 aud, you will be sent tracking details upon completion of order.
Returns and Exchanges
Repairs are always available to clients of Jess Blak and typically these are performed free of charge where a fault is identified. Resizing is always available (where applicable) to clients at their cost, contact info@jessblak.com for resizing inquiries.
Please check the descriptions and measurements prior to purchasing, all sales are final. Please also refer to the sizing chart. Refunds will only be granted as a result of gross misrepresentation or in the rare case where a major fault may have been overlooked. Jess Blak reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’.
If you receive an order, which fits our refund criteria please email through our website contact page within 48 hours of receipt of your item, whereby we will respond quickly and accordingly. If your return request is accepted, a confirmation email will be distributed, which will include a return shipping address.
All refund items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email for Australian customers and 30 days for international customers. we suggest using express post (Australia) or registered (international) to ensure safe arrival of your package. please return the item with a copy of your original invoice.
Once we have received the item/s a refund will be issued (via the same purchasing method). you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
We encourage you to take a store credit or exchange instead of a return. contact us to arrange and then simply ship the item back. you must include the original invoice with a note requesting your exchange choice.
